If you're experiencing issues with the touch panel on your Sonic LS+ printer—such as unresponsiveness or erratic behavior—don’t worry. This guide covers two simple steps to help you fix the problem:
1. Update the firmware to ensure compatibility and smooth operation.
2. Reconnect the touch panel cable in case the connection has become loose over time.
Updating the Firmware (Recommended First Step)
Outdated firmware can cause touch panel issues such as lag, freezing, or unresponsiveness. Updating to the latest firmware ensures better stability and compatibility.
How to Check Your Current Firmware Version

2. Select Printer Info.
3. The current firmware version will be displayed on the screen.
If your firmware is not up to date, follow the instructions provided on the download page to complete the update process.
